About - Carlotta Castangia

Born in Rome on June 12, 1979, Carlotta Castangia is a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher who has spent the past 15 years guiding others on their path to balance, strength, and inner peace. Based in beautiful Bali, Carlotta brings a vibrant blend of Italian roots, Spanish soul, and Brazilian fire to her practice and teaching.

With a background in languages and massage therapy, her approach to wellness is both holistic and heart-centered. Carlotta is certified in yoga and mat Pilates, and she infuses her classes with deep anatomical awareness, intuitive movement, and a touch of island serenity.

She has held lead teaching roles at some of Bali’s most respected wellness centers, including Desa Seni, The Power of Now Oasis, and PRANA. As a yoga ambassador for Liforme, she represents mindful movement with authenticity and grace.

Off the mat, Carlotta is married to a professional water photographer, and together they raise their loving son—already surfing waves at just six years old. A true island spirit, Carlotta finds joy in travel, tropical life, and sharing the transformative power of yoga with the world.
