07 May Yoga and Aging – Yin Yoga and The Benefits to our Joints

In this one-day workshop, we will learn and focus on  holding passive postures  in yin yoga which  helps our joints remain hydrated, fluid and healthy.

12.00-13.00 pm – Lunch Break

13.00-16.00 pm – Theory + Practice
