Desa Seni, A Village Resort serves an eclectic Asian-Western cuisine with a focus on organic, healthy and fresh food. Growing almost 80% of our own produce and working with local businesses enables us to focus on bringing great meals direct from farm to table with an ever changing seasonal menu.

Our restaurant is open to the public for breakfast and lunch.

Travelers to the island will find stunning beaches, terraced rice fields, along with a wealth of historical sites, temples, art and the culture of Bali.  We will happily arrange a private car and driver for your excursion.

Desa Seni, translates to art village! Focusing on culture from the archipelago of Indonesia, showcasing artists who live and work in Indonesia.

Artists are influenced by just about anything – their life, environment, childhood, school, work, television, movies, other artists, etc.

 Everything we see and experience in life influences us some way, whether directly or indirectly.

 Of course, some things may influence us more than others.


Kula Magazine was a quarterly publication about community coming together with interesting information for mindful people. A true collaboration, with perspectives and insight  coming from a diverse group of contributors ranging from our yoga teachers to  community inspired individuals.  With the times of internet, blogs and social media, we have moved this vision to our blog/culture page.  We still love submissions and contributions from the community.  Please send to
