Linda & Pola invite you to join their Bali Yoga Escape for 6 nights/5 days at Desa Seni, A Village Resort, Canggu for a week of uniquely tailored yoga, community and island living! Escape the hustle and bustle of your daily life and retreat with us in the stunning Indonesian island of Bali. We have created a wellness escape that will satisfy all of your well-being needs. Physically, you will have the opportunity to expand your yoga knowledge by experiencing a variety of yoga styles where you will truly connect, feel your body and explore your full potential. Neurologically, through the various breathing exercises we will do each day, you will deepen your understanding of the benefits of pranayama. Mentally, during the week we will establish easy and achievable meditation practices for you to then continue with at home. Nutritionally, we have you covered with the onsite organic restaurant serving farm to table goodness and even a glass of wine if you feel so inclined!

The Escape includes:

  • 6 nights accommodation in a Retreat Room

  • Daily breakfast and 4 delicious lunches and dinners

  • Over 16 hours of yoga  – Power, Yin, Acro Yoga and Workshops

Balance with plenty of free time.  This may include sitting by the pool, use of the resort day spa (receive a 20% discount for any pre-booked treatments) or complimentary bike hire to discover local surroundings. Tours such as, shopping in Canggu & Seminyak, day trip to Ulluwatu, cycle & cooking tour in Ubud are all optional extras that can be organised through the concierge who will provide you with availability and costings.

Note – Guests are required to organise their own return air travel to Denpasar International Airport, taxes, visas and travel insurances.

Only $2,499 twin share in a Retreat Room or upgrade to your own private Retreat Room for only $500 extra.

Please note a $600 non-refundable deposit is payable by 31 January 2019 to secure your place on our Escape.

Full balance is due 14 April 2019.

Desa Seni offers unique accommodations in original antique wood homes that have been imported from the many islands of Indonesia. Each house has its own individual history and has been completely restored and refurbished.  All of which are antique wooden houses with beautiful terraces, sitting areas and private modern bathrooms.

Teachers – Pola Cencigh

After over 20 years in the fitness industry I turned to yoga as a way of healing during serious illness and the stillness and connection I felt with my higher self was like nothing I had ever experienced. The controlled movements, the pranayama and meditation were the perfect complement to the healing journey I was on – for my  body, mind and soul. As I continued to explore the practice I became more aware of my limiting beliefs, the constant chatter from my inner critic and an internal fear that restricted me from reaching my full potential on and off the mat. With a dedicated practice over the last 8 years each time I come to the mat I discover more, it is forever changing, challenging and rewarding all at the same time and cannot imagine my life without yoga. My gift now is helping others realise their full potential through the practice of yoga no matter their age, their size or history. I love to inspire them to be the best version of themselves inside and out.

I believe I am a compassionate, energised and passionate being . I love to create a more mindful existence for my students, finding their strengths and overcoming their challenges through their asana practice. I have always lead an active lifestyle and over the many years of training my body became injured and required lots of love and attention.  Once beginning an asana practice, I became fully aware of how amazing my body felt.  The spiritual journey that is woven into this practice has allowed me to embrace my true self, live with growth and knowledge to find my full potential, while cultivating balance, strength and creating space to find peace. Through life experiences, faith and courage I have come to the realisation that the yoga mat is a place of comfort and the asana practice leads to a calm and clear mind while conditioning the body all at once. I aim to encourage and assist my students on their discovery of yoga. Guiding them to be the best they can be.
