Tri Murti Yoga Studio
Desa Seni's Trimurti Yoga Studio caters to beginners, intermediate, and advanced students on a daily basis. You can join a group class or arrange for a private lesson by appointment. We offer daily passes, a 12-class pass or an unlimited monthly pass. Our classes are open to all people who want to come and experience Desa Seni. Ashtanga Yoga – (eight - limbed yoga)
These classes cater to all levels emphasizing postural alignment, building strength, flexibility and overall well-being with a focus on the goal of self realization.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga – (also known as power yoga) Vinyasa, which means “collection” or “arrangement,” links poses together to create an active class as challenging as the word “power” implies. These classes are designed for all intermediate to advanced students offering an opportunity to explore and deepen an existing practice.
Kundalini - (spiritual Energy)
Kundalini is a rigorous yoga involving meditation, chanting, and breathing exercises which harmonize the body's energy centres, or chakras, and tune the nervous and glandular systems. Kundalini is a science of the mind and body, which its proponents say cures illnesses and drives its practitioners towards a spiritual oneness with God.
Hatha Flow Yoga
The word Hatha is a combination of the Sanskrit words for sun (ha) and moon (tha). These classes focus on using the body and breath to connect to the inner self, achieving alignment in mind, body and spirit.

Private yoga sessions are the ideal way to address all aspects of your health and well-being. Our teachers can cater to all levels of yoga experience, specializing in personal programs designed specifically for any injuries, illnesses, as well as for overall well being. A personal one-on-one session focuses attention on coordinating breath and movement in order to suit your individual goals and requirements.
Yoga Retreats
At Desa Seni, we hold two retreats a year, one in April, focusing on cleansing and spring, bringing newness and growth to our inner selves. The second retreat is in October, focusing on strength, stability and clearing our inner selves. We also hold one-day workshops focusing on yoga, art and food.
